No, we do not install guttering. We clean and clear existing gutters and downspouts. 

Roof cleaning greatly increases the lifespan of your roof by killing, removing and preventing further growth of organic matter (such as algae and mold, which are unsightly and can damage the integrity of your roofing materials over time).

Not-So-Fun Fact: Have you ever noticed the black streaks running down the north side of most houses? (Now you will!) That is a form of algae called "Gloeocapsa magma algae", This growth is due to the north side of the house getting the least amount of sun exposure daily and an extended exposure to any moisture as a result.

We complete a "softwash" for the roof using a mixture of Sodium Hypochlorite (SH), water and a small amount of surfactant. In most cases, we use a 30/70 ratio; 30% SH and 70% water. In the case that your roof has a substantial amount of algae growth, we can increase the ratio to 50/50.

It is recommended that your gutters are cleared out at least 2 times per year. This will prevent clogs (which eventually will damage the gutters themselves) and the overflow of moisture into the foundation of your home, which can cause water damage and compromise it's structure. 

Clogged gutters can also become a breeding ground for mosquitos, rodents or any other pests that prefer to live in stagnant water. Getting your gutters cleaned is a relatively small expense that can save you time and money in the long run.

It depends on the type of gutter guards you have. If they are easily removable (latch) or they don’t need to be removed at all in order to clear the gutters and downspout of debris, then yes we will be happy to.

However, it typically takes triple the time to clean gutters with guards, especially the screw on type, so we must quote accordingly. 

We do not clean gutters with helmet guards.

It depends. We will examine the downspout and if it is easily unclogged with a pressure washer, then we will happily do that. But if the underground downspout blockage cannot be removed with a pressure washer, we will not preform that portion of the service. 

Some of these situations may require assistance from a plumber or a gutter technician with a gutter vac system, which we do not have at this time.

Pricing for each of our services is based on a number of factors including but not limited to: the size of the home, the number of floors a home has, and the severity of the job being quoted. 

Note: A significant amount of risk is involved in climbing extension ladders and working on roof tops, so we do have minimum pricing for each service, these can be found on our home page under "Services" and are also listed below:

- Gutter Cleaning (interiors and down spouts): Minimum $150

- Exterior Gutter Powerwashing (can be added on in addition to Gutter Cleaning service): Minimum $50

- Roof Washing: Minimum $150
